The following duties must be performed under the supervision and direction of the shipping supervisor.
Responsibilities Shipping Customer Service Representative responsibilities may include some or all the following:
Communicating with customers about deliveries, missing items, back orders, etc.
Work production and management to ensure organization of returned items.
Collaborate with the shipping team to set dates/times for deliveries.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Generate driver packets.
Maintains ship log/packing slip email addresses.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Essential Job Functions Competent in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Strong customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Able to sit at a computer for several hours a day.
Able to complete basic clerical duties.
Able to work without the influence of illicit drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicating substances.
Must keep work area organized.
Willing to receive and accept frequent supervision and assistance.
Must follow all federal and state safety laws and guidelines.
Recommended Qualities Good communication, written or verbal Previous office experience Proficiency in Excel Efficient, good time management Results driven Dependable Team-oriented Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:

Preferred Education and Experience Previous office experience.
Previous experience with customer service.
